      Pros

      Great benefit package. Company is not afraid to invest in its future, always thinking forward.

      Cons

      Management treats working from home like it is 1985. Constant turnover of employees.

      Pros

      The people are amazing, the career upside is phenomenal, and compensation and benefits are top notch.

      Cons

      Honestly, there are not any that I can think of. Recently they flattened the management team, and that was a blessing.

      Not flashy but solid

      Pros

      Management is top notch and very supportive Good benefits- we got fitbits for a healthy initiative program Good technology - gartner magic quadrant Pay is good This is a white collar job with a blue collar environment. There are no flashy perks associated with some of the other tech companies just a solid product and solid people. Everyone is really helpful there is not a lot of push-back when it comes to writing business.

      Cons

      It would be great to have the option to work from home .
