      Pros

      Company gives many opportunities for development. Management gives the opportunity to manage your area in your own way, gives you the right to make a mistake and provides the required support. Many clever and talented colleagues willingly share their expertise.

      Cons

      We still do have many employees who are sure that it is their manager who is responsible for their success and career, but not themselves. But this mindset is slowly changing for the better.

      Good company make you grow up

      Pros

      1. Kaspersky Lab is a world's largest privately held vendor of endpoint protection solutions, one of the top four antivirus vendors and innovative vendor of security software for home and business users. 2. Favorable culture&values make employee to grow up, and employee can make a great plan for career development 3. Favorable welfare institution, free working time and so on.

      Cons

      1. Salary need to be increased although welfare is good. 2. Product areas need to be expanded, not only focused on internet security.

      Decent company

      Pros

      A lot of the positions at Kaspersky Labs are enjoyable. I have seen everything from Sales to support to marketing within Kaspersky Labs. Its not a very intense position if you're working within the US. The product can be difficult to figure out at times but many times thats the extent of the stress. I was rarely stressed about the work/life balance.. With that being said, compensation was decent but not

      Cons

      Management is decent but has hangups on getting things done. Many delays and communication miscues from the upper management side which can many times come from Russia (since its Russian based company. Career opportunities have a bit of a ceiling because its not a large company and becoming a manager or something of that nature if probably easier in a larger company. I would avoid if you are trying to break into management positions soon.
