      A lot of good people there

      Pros

      Creative, intelligent and interesting people (mostly). A lot of interesting events: teambuildings, corporate events (for employees, for their children). Salary was good before crisis.

      Cons

      After the crisis salary was not significantly changed (increased) and soon Kaspersky may stop to be attractive on IT market in Russia. A lot of changes in management but not so many changes in technologies.

      Pros

      A wonderful CEO, with a belief and passion for what he does, Company benefits, Solid product, great potential.

      Cons

      Micromanaging, a lot of favoritism, lack of support from managers, lot's of politics.

      very big and cool company

      Pros

      quite big salary free gym free massage lunch compensation comfortable office, close to metro underground parking (need to pay) meeting rooms, equipment and etc - very fine! 100% medical insurance (including for all child)

      Cons

      Open space office environment (for someone it is a cons for someone is a pros) Expansive underground parking

      Hello an employee of a cool company, We're happy you appreciate our benefits. If you're suffering from open space some times, do not hesitate to use think tanks rooms to work alone. We share parking fees with employees historically. It has never been appreciated by the team, so we review this policy every single year. And believe or not, but we'd do parking covered by the company for 100%, but we can't yet. We want to pay your attention that despite parking maintenance costs are growing, employees share stays the same - 6000 rubles per months for 4 years. Yours, HR Team
