      Pros

      Got the experience needed, but can't really say much in terms of pros because they lack many of them. At least I can put behind me now

      Cons

      Worst place ever worked, terrible management with bullying , lots of favouritism, many complaints to HR. The very high staff turnover was not a surprise

      I'm surprised and of course very sorry to hear that you thought it was a negative experience working for KL. I simply don't recognize the work environment you describe. We employ bright and passionate people many of whom take the time to comment on the help and support they receive.

      Pros

      Dynamic environment, always something to learn, people from different cultures and countries working together. For those that feel like a global citizen, Kaspersky can give you a sample of this.

      Cons

      Communication is a challenge with so many point of views. It takes time till you understand the peculiarities of each people.
