      Poor management

      Pros

      Good products with a real quality feel. Solid name even if some people distrust the fact it's Russian.

      Cons

      Management kept changing, and there was no clear sense of direction. Sales meetings went on for hours and hours. Everything felt like it was at panic stations. The B2B team simply didn't have the resource or the responsibility and freedom to work effectively (everything is decided in Russia and takes ages to be approved). The UK office was bankrolled by the online and retail sales team who had a far less stressful job and always made their numbers.

Companies have to adapt and evolve from time to time to new market conditions but I'm sorry to hear that you had a negative experience.       Room for improvement

      Pros

      Good products, but often lose out to competitors due to slow and tedious decision-making processes and actions. Generally nice people, but some are working in silos due to functional-centric reporting and not country-centric reporting.

      Cons

      A lot of politics - the function heads don't seem to be communicating, and nobody knows what is happening. Too many long and confusing processes which slow decision-making and taking actions that the regional office needs to take or act on urgently.
