      Pros

      Depending of the position and location, the payroll can be very competitive.

      Cons

      A layoff culture imposed worldwide, if you are not part of a "clan" or does not do vital information retention, you will be expelled. Behing the engineering culture stand a very strong "real politics" backstage. Don't even try to speak about inclusion, or anything related.

      Pros

      - Strong security research team. So it is a good place to work if you are interested in this subject. - Nice and comfortable office at riverside

      Cons

      - Company business is stagnating. Just the same products for years... - Surprisingly weak CxO level management. - Negative motivation, blaming, and bullish management style, especially in R&D department - The company is a closed community with old guard on the most of the top level management positions. So new ideas are very difficult to blossom here.
