      Worked here for 5 years, would definitely recommend to everyone! * Great career & skill growth opportunities if you are junior or mid-level developer and eager to learn * Friendly colleagues * Great additional benefits: insurance, HQ office facilities * Flexible working hours (depends on the team/dept)

      Cons

      As of 2018 (my last year), the silos within the company were pretty noticeable and caused significant overhead in interactions between R&D (devs) and IT (ops) depts, which were required in day-to-day work. However, there were some steps that were taken to resolve this issue, so hopefully it should be better now.

      Pros

      Wonderful professionals around, always willing to help. Extraordinary company culture with great events. HQ office is magnificent (if you are OK with open space).

      Cons

      Not all divisions and departments have equal opportunities for people and their compensation to grow.
