      Exciting, dynamic environment, but high staff turnover

      Pros

      There was plenty of opportunity for international travel, they offer competitive pay, they were very flexible about working from home, and I worked with - and learned from - many inspiring colleagues.

      Cons

      The company's attitude to work-life balance is skewed and unhealthy; there is an extremely high staff turnover; senior management aren't held to account for their decisions.

      Poor management. Company is growing and the amount of bureaucracy is growing as well. Constant turnover of employees.
