      Pros

      Unusual company which makes you feel as a part of a 'family', many challenges, the company changes fast, you never will be bored. Good experience for people who are flexible and can work in uncertain environment. Unbelievable company's events like New Year Party and the Company's Birthday Party (people from regions are invited randomly). Good benefits like a gym (in Moscow) and interesting business trips, compensation for lunches, flexible schedule.

      Cons

      You should not expect high professional communication from management. Be ready that this company always will be Russian with Russian mentality. Almost TOP management are Russian. You can be fired at any day without any reason even if you are a TOP manager. No benefits in headquarter like car allowance and parking.

      Sad to hear you feel that way about your management at Kaspersky Lab. But let me comment benefits first. I'm glad to see you enjoyed our gym, travel policy, meal allowance, and flexible work arrangement policy. We do not ask HQ employees to use their cars for work, that's why we don't provide car allowance. I disagree that anyone had been fired without reason. We do not announce grounds for termination in public, however, most employees who are leaving involuntary know reasons and know that they got several chances to improve, If you was asked to leave a company without explanation, please, let me know. I confirm that as soon as our operational HQ is in Russia, we have a lot of top managers, that probably are Russian (I never asked where they were born, but Russian is their native language). I disagree that it is an area for improvement, as I don't judge people by their nationality. Alena Reva

      Pros

      The work is exciting, the subject is amazing, the attitude is vibrant and international and the people are just lovely

      Cons

      I love the travel and nothing beats spending time with my fellow team-mates in Moscow, where I now proudly keep my own mug, but still get hopelessly lost trying to take the stairs to the first floor - but I do miss my little boy terribly when away
