      Great atmosphere, people are very friendly, great benefits and great products

      Cons

      Long days and high expectations. Other that that if you excellent at working independently you will be fine here

      Pros

      It's a very aggressive company, there are so many things happening at the same time. You get to learn a lot. The company gives you a lot of flexibility and you actually own your projects, your decision matters. It's a cash rich company and you won't see any kind of cost-cutting. You'll get to travel a lot, a lot of offshore trainings.

      Cons

      Since it's very aggressive, sometimes it gets difficult to catch-up. Top management are all Russians. Nothing bad but it's difficult to be at such positions because of the bias.

      Pros

      A lot of the positions at Kaspersky Labs are enjoyable. I have seen everything from Sales to support to marketing within Kaspersky Labs. Its not a very intense position if you're working within the US. The product can be difficult to figure out at times but many times thats the extent of the stress. I was rarely stressed about the work/life balance.. With that being said, compensation was decent but not

      Cons

      Management is decent but has hangups on getting things done. Many delays and communication miscues from the upper management side which can many times come from Russia (since its Russian based company. Career opportunities have a bit of a ceiling because its not a large company and becoming a manager or something of that nature if probably easier in a larger company. I would avoid if you are trying to break into management positions soon.
