      A lot of good people there

      Pros

      Creative, intelligent and interesting people (mostly). A lot of interesting events: teambuildings, corporate events (for employees, for their children). Salary was good before crisis.

      Cons

      After the crisis salary was not significantly changed (increased) and soon Kaspersky may stop to be attractive on IT market in Russia. A lot of changes in management but not so many changes in technologies.

      Pros

      Great career opportunities Really smart and interesting colleagues, everyone is an expert in his area Training and Development - really helpful to master my skills Comfortable environment I have all necessary resources, equipment and information to do my job well

      Cons

      I think that the biggest concern about the way the company evolves is a really fast growth rate of the number of employees. It already causes some controversy.

      Great and competitive benefits. A lot of opportunities to grow, nice management. You can feel your self a part of a company and its future. Great pepole all over the company (any country)
