Pros

Great communication within the department, polite and professional colleagues. Clear job description, motivating company culture and mission. Excellent supervisor and valuable and efficient coaching from him. Lobster.inc learning platform with useful information and possibility for further education in hospitality.

Cons

General dissatisfaction coming from employees in several departments, complaints about sub-average salaries. Lack of communication between departments, (ex. front desk - housekeeping- room service)
