Pros

Management support is one of the benefits that working at Kempinski could level up your skills. In addition, the company is striving to create a positive atmosphere for its employees that depends on trust and a positive attitude. Also, the HR department is always open to help and provide information related to such inquires as accommodation needs, training, opportunities for career development, remuneration. Moreover, the department is ready to help in solving any issues that may arise in the workplace.

Cons

Nevertheless, there might arise such issues as unpaid over working hours, difficulties with the working schedule due to short staff availability, and some cases of an improper attitude of some of the higher authorities. There also might arise misunderstanding with the chief executives who might not always comprehend the local culture and its economic realm, thus conducting unsuitable approaches toward their employees due to the fact that they are usually on a rotating scheme across different hotels.
