Service, Dormitlry and Lunces are all provided nicely. Never had a problem with salary.

Cons

High turnover rate. Some supervisors lack of personal maturity.

Great standards and SOPs. Wonderful properties and locations. Great Location historical and for business. Training programs implemented help a lot. Cross Selling properties over GHA is great.

Cons

Tough competition in the market. Strict targets in generating revenue. Employees Satisfaction should be of a more higher standards. Benefits to employees must be reconsidered . Incentive plan for the employees must be reconsidered.
