Pros

Great benefits and perks paid medical 401k match employee leases and discounts. Some company parties and events gym with trainer and cafe onsite

Cons

Some departments resist change which makes it hard in employees. Korean mindset in US economy is bad for business. Slowly taking away empolyee perks. Management holds back employees from transferring to other positions. Management expects Kia to be your top priority.
