Great colleagues Nice working environment (building) & equipment

Cons

A Korean company in Europe, run by Koreans the Korean way. All managers are over-shadowed by Koreans and are not able to make their own decisions. Not run as a European company with European standards or expectations. Many good people leave the company because of this.
