      Good Product(Brand), location, Kia's are good, Award winning product.

      Cons

      Don't pay according to Manitoba Employment Standards Require unpaid overtime, no structure at job. Poor Leadership from the Owner to G.M to GSM, inconsistent communication styles, plays favorites, allows theft from building, promotes from OUTSIDE companies, not internally. they also don't offer rebates to customers. They bump all used car payments by 20 dollars b/w to make more profit in business office

      Able to leave work around 6:45 pm, which is decent in Korea

      Cons

      Always second best to sister company Hyundai. Limited scope of view in regards to strategy.

      Young and international background, full of energy, a lot of projects. Come with your skills and know-how. Nice canteen.

      Cons

      Company growing in chaos, lack of maturity on a lot of topics. Old school expat colleagues. Poor company car program. Very poor quality of offices (old furnitures and extrem lack of roominess. No extra benefit.
