Pros
Their commitment to family values and the work-life balance they promote. I also enjoyed the benefits package.
Cons
Cost-cutting has produced dismal morale. There seems to be no sense of where the company is going in 5-10 years, making it seem like it is just becoming a good target for a takeover. This would be sad for the Fox Cities area, as K-C has been a great employer for a number of years. Also, it seemed as though middle management was either completely lacking ambition or not empowered enough to act on their ambition. K-C needs take steps to cut the fat!
