      Interaction with Engineers and all Employees is an open book. The Company truely respects all ideas and offers feedback regularly. Someone qualified will help and guide you through any project at any level at any time.

      K-C is a great company built around great brands. It's grounded in a genuinely collaborative environment that provides employees the opportunity to participate and grow. There is a strong sense of core values within the culture.

      Cons

      K-C is no different than most Multi-national companies. There is tremendous opportunity for individual growth and promotion. This path often requires, or at least will be accelerated, by a openness to relocate for opportunities.

      Work-life balance, competitive pay, great culture! K-C is the only company I've ever worked for that truly cares about people and invests in us.

      Cons

      Like any large company, it takes time to find your place and understand the ins and outs of the company. Once you do, it's a great place to work.
