      Company in right market niches for existing product offerings.

      Pros

      Stable employer with great reputation as markets serviced have less volatility during recessions. Company growth is in B2B business channels and globally. Great place to have solid upper middle class career. Solid internal control processes. Senior leaders think and act globally.

      Cons

      Stock lags the market due to conservative nature of company. New innovative products or new business acquistions desperately needed to get stock price moving. Company is slow to change and often implements changes (i.e. outsourcing) near end of the change life cycle. Recognition and reward programs offered at highest levels.

      * A company that cares for people, both customers & employees * A iconic company with great brands and products * A recession proof suit of products which people need and rely on * I belong here and my contributions are valued * A place I can grow my career while working with people I respect on projects than make a difference

      * The pace of change is still slow and measured; but has improved over the last 2 years * Risk taking I not rewarded as in tech industry, this leads to cautious management and missed opportunities * Strongly established-nice people culture makes it difficult for new employees to integrated and ideas to be valued from the start
