the company risks losing both market relevance and next-gen talent

Pros

• Previously Good Work-Life Balance: One of the few saving graces that kept talent from leaving was the relatively balanced workload — though this has significantly declined recently. • Global Brand Legacy: While the brand still holds some recognition from its legacy, its relevance is increasingly being challenged by newer, more agile competitors.

Cons

- While competitors are innovating with data-driven tools and AI, this organization remains overly reliant on manual work and legacy ways of thinking. - Data is fragmented, outdated, some are manually collected, making it unreliable as a foundation for strategic decision-making - leaders, often lack the vision or courage to drive meaningful / the right transformation - Talented employees are often overwhelmed with responsibilities across multiple functions with little support or recognition, - There is no robust system in place for social listening, consumer behavior analytics, or real-time feedback. Teams often have to guess, or reading trends manually plus gut feeling / to understand what the market truly wants — not what global thinks the market wants. - Projects often lack a clear roadmap or phased approach. came without structure and seems mess up more than start up company • On some project, use multiple stakeholders work on the same initiative without defined roles or boundaries, leading to inefficiency, duplication, and burnout. Empower local teams with autonomy, not overlapping pressure from every direction.
