Pros
They are incapable of firing you. Just keep showing up and you'll continue staying gainfully employed.
Cons
Management has no clue what is going on. They're constantly pushing the newest, latest and greatest nonsense program to make your work more "efficient" when really all it does is bog you down getting nothing done for hours each day. The fact they won't ever do anything about the occasional awful people they hire means you'll be pulling double duty dragging their dead weight. If you're not coming to this company from straight out of school forget about it. Any previous experience is irrelevant when it comes to promotions. They do not value any minute of your professional career you haven't spent with them.
