My personal experience this is blessing from the Lord. I gave my life to over to Jesus Christ one day and He saved my soul and has made my life beautiful in the Lord ever since. God has blessed me on my job with great leadership it is a blessing to have a leader who has taken the time to coach/mentor, provide correction, and encourage.The Lord has opened up doors for me where I have been provided with many opportunities to grow and develop on my current career path and I am appreciative and truly thankful. I have been able to meet and work with very talented colleagues who have availed their time and expertise. I have learned valuable knowledge with the help of the Lord that I can utilize going forward. I would recommend this company for those seeking employment.

Flexible on hours for the most part. Fairly independent. The company as a whole is good. Some locations are better than others.

Cons

The Mobile facility is poorly kept and very old. The facilities are filthy and the air systems are old and full of dust and mold. The culture (at this location) is very good old boy, and professionalism is not evident or valued.

I have been lucky to work for Kimberly Clark at a number of the UK locations. The best thing about Kimberly Clark is the people and the values. It is an excellent company to learn and grow and there are many resources to help you. Kimberly Clark has a real focus on supporting the local community and the charity committee and community days help you feel like you truly care and are giving back.

Cons

The Brighton and Kingshill office facilities are great! Lots of space to have discussions and work informally. You always feel welcome.
