      Full relocation & Fair starting salary

      'Good Ole White Boy's Club'- they 'talk' diversity, but don't understand what diversity truly means. So, they don't 'walk' diversity. Rather than be advocates for both employee and management development, HR runs around with brooms cleaning up messes that individuals who are inept at management, make on a daily basis. Too many folks sitting in chairs of senior leadership that are not qualified to sit in those chairs.

      Pros

      People are generally nice and care about the company. Salaries are high comparable to other CPG companies. Good for people who are risk averse and/or like to fully understand all aspects of decisions before taking action.

      Cons

      - Highly political- you need to learn to play politics in order to succeed - At senior levels, you need to be mobile (move to different cities, countries) or you will begin to stagnate in your career. This is especially difficult because the biggest global area is in a small town in Wisconsin, not the easiest sell for talented employees that could go elsewhere.
