Company tends to be overly cost focused on "little things" (ie office supplies and printer paper) while not realizing that the culture, systems and way of doing business wastes millions of dollars every year.

Too many meetings, too little productivity No one can make decisions. They spend millions on research, yet can't implement much needed improvements to current products. The employee rating system seems to be designed to intimidate rather than improve performance.
