Pros

benefits, high salary, car, phone

Cons

Frequent reorganization with little regard for salesforce. Quotas are arbitrarily set with very few people on a percentage terms meeting them. The historical record is pathetic with the past few years it being less than 20% meeting quota and alwasy the salesforce is blamed. Add to that a constant cost cutting environment which means tons of backorders which you then need to spend more time managing. Also frequent quality issues which lead to loss of business . . . The worst is the lack of respect for the sales rep function and it's obvious in how you are treated. The micro management gets worse each quarter.

Pros

Good work environment. work crews supportive of eacother. room for educational growth. Very strong work force at the Everett Facility.

Cons

They treat you like puppets when negotioations come around or when they decide to shut the mill down. They keep employees in the dark and don't share anything until the last possible moment.
