      Company in right market niches for existing product offerings.

      Pros

      Stable employer with great reputation as markets serviced have less volatility during recessions. Company growth is in B2B business channels and globally. Great place to have solid upper middle class career. Solid internal control processes. Senior leaders think and act globally.

      Cons

      Stock lags the market due to conservative nature of company. New innovative products or new business acquistions desperately needed to get stock price moving. Company is slow to change and often implements changes (i.e. outsourcing) near end of the change life cycle. Recognition and reward programs offered at highest levels.

      Pros

      Good flexibility with work schedules. Opportunities for training and personal growth. Good performance management process and open opportunities process.

      Cons

      Have been through a couple of periods of lay offs that have made the work environment more stressful and negative than it used to be. Haven't seen much in the way of streamlining of work and many people are overwhelmed with the work they've had to take on. Also there is an absolutely terrible performance review process in place that has created a lot of tension and competition among employees that didn't used to be there.

      The people not in management are a good group. they try to do what is right but it is an uphill battle aginst management.

      Cons

      Management is too focused on preserving their position by not questioning leadership. The result is lots of activity that is not tied to the real world.
