Pros

At the locations I was at Kimberly-Clark the people were as a rule pretty friendly. The company has a pretty good culture and the pay is very good. Most of the management is pretty good.

Cons

At the engineering and management level the company always seems perpetually understaffed. Ten hour days are the norm for salaried employees. Also the general level of co-op advisers varies greatly. KC might think its a good idea to pair a first term co-op to an engineer who's never had a co-op before, but that isn't always good for the co-op.

Pros

Good working hours, most of the people are nice to work with, good location, some career perks such as free Kleenex products.

Cons

Office is old and stale, not a productive environment to work in. Some senior managers are obnoxious and not very helpful nor pleasant to deal with.

Pros

Decent benefits package; good place to learn maketing process and consumer insights.

Cons

Marketers treat marketing as a rational, functional and commercial exercise; attend to consumers rational/functional needs well, miss on the emotional needs. No bonus for anyone below Director level. Remote location. Poor management; lack of real leaders.
