Uselss meetings, more concerned with work list, spend more time filling out paperwork than doing job, information is never avaliable when you need it.

Recognition is far in between, never for shared services. Back-room operation personnel always been ignore for the "real" contribution made. Wrong type of people being promoted (not suitable to job) for obviously the wrong reasons. Too many deadwood (i.e. high level) in the organization, not contributing anything but spending a lot with traveling and cost a lot to maintain. Some job are created and filled without any needs, when the incumbent left the company, the vacancy can left unfilled for a long time without any adversed effect to the company or organization. Go figure.
