Pros

The company really does think about its employee, You get a free piece of fruit with each shift, all the coffee, fountain drinks, and tea you can drink in a shift. 50% off lunch items made by Kwik trip. Profit sharing, money to buy uniform, mental health help, and much more.

Cons

Management is atrocious. One leader stole my wallet for an entire shift to try and make a point about me leaving my purse on the counter, and another screamed at me for not finishing a task the night before that I had come in early to finish. Both leaders only work a max of 3 nights a week but get pissed when you don't take their advice. Another Leader comes in every morning screaming and yelling and throwing stuff around, being extremely rude to everyone, she made a new hire quit within his first week. A leader from a different store transferred to ours and got in my face about a trifling matter and made a big deal about it for the rest of the night as well as spewed racist commentary to another. I have spoken to the management above them and nothing has been changed.

Cons

The management, the company culture, all this business has to offer is not good for their employee's. The corporate side let's all the Store Leader's get away with whatever they want, allows them to play favorites, lay blame to their coworkers, the list can go on. The hours are terrible, the shifts never overlap with each other, the workload per person is anywhere between 2-3 people's worth easily. Any benefits they claim to give out, still require coworkers to purchase goods throughout the year to acquire. Steer clear of Kwik Trip Inc positions of any kind if possible.
