Pros

The starting wage is one of the best in the industry. The management tends to be quick to listen to ideas and motivate co-workers in an encouraging and professional manner. This is a great job for people who have good people skills. The benefits are substantial even for part time employees. You are truly recognized as a member of the Kwik Trip family instead of a cog in a machine. Their dedication to honesty, integrity and respect is apparent at any level. promotion potential is strong. the company pays half of the cost of a uniform. soft-drinks and coffee are free while working-with a Kwik-Trip mug. Team-work is emphasized to accomplish goals. Leadership training opportunities are plentiful.

Cons

sometimes the work isn't always pleasant; e.g. changing garbage outside in the cold with wind gusts. Breaks are only for 10 minutes every 4 hours. Employees are on their feet the entire shift.
