Pros

Kwik Trip, Inc. has a great Owner, Don Zietlow. I love the fact that the company shares 40% of its profits with the employees. It gives them a sense of ownership and ultimately makes everyone happier and more productive.

Cons

Like all retail work, there is no fast way to management no matter how hard you work. It isn't so much if you are going to move up, it is about how long it is going to take.

Pros

The best things were the tasks, clean environment, helping customers.

Cons

Felt a few seasoned employees had attitude problems. Its easy to tell when you're not wanted. You start to not feel comfortable asking questions after a few days, and you feel like you are being pre judged as a bad employee way too early.

Great bonuses, flexibility, opportunities for advancement, family owned, clean and friendly, good food program, friendly competition between stores, profit sharing

Cons

High turn over, they expect you to have the same pride in the company that the CEO does. No discounts.
