Decent pay Decent benefits "Coworkers" care for each other

Cons

The mandatory year end meeting seems like you're in a cult Director of the bakery will watch cameras constantly to try to see his employees mess something up and write them up for it until they quit/get fired Most low level employees are amazing so you'll have to fight each other to work your way up in the company

Pros

Benefits are actually good and helpful. If you're full time, they HAVE to schedule you full time to receive benefits. App Reward perks have exclusive stuff for employees.

Cons

If you are in the kitchen, you WILL be given a huge task list and next to no help. Not finishing tasks on time before leaving means you have to stay late, but the company doesn't like people staying late, so you'll be in trouble either way. Company likes to claim there's a consistent standard across all stores, but this is simply not true.

Pros

Everyone works well together! If there were any drama, it was hidden and did not affect any performance. Management listens and does the same work as everyone else, which is rare. Benefits were great.

Cons

Only con I really had is the being on your feet the whole time. But that's minor and to be expected. If accommodating is needed they will work with you.
