Pros

Managers and coworkers are very friendly and treat you with respect. Flexible schedule. Good pay for entry level job.

Cons

Working in the kitchen is much harder than any of the other positions, but they get paid the same, and most locations do not want to hire much help for the kitchen, preferring only 1 person on each side of the kitchen, making it hard to take breaks or catch your breath.

Pros

Higher pay than most places in the area. Coworkers are good. Discount on food while working. High safety standards

Cons

Management can be inexperienced and the turnover rate of employees is high. Many issues get put on individuals rather than the company, which lowers morale. Hours can be rough and they will start scheduling you more shifts than requested if you don't speak up about it.
