Health care, profit sharing, friendly customers. Extra 3rd shift incentive

Cons

Drama with co-workers, expect to work: holidays, weekends, every shift between 1st and 3rd and have no days off for two weeks at a time. Expect favoritism, Also two ten min breakes every 10 hours. And no breaks if you work third shift.

Great benefits, good pay, big end of the year bonus check, 401k, many devoted employees in all areas of the business

Cons

Some store leaders play favorites when scheduling and promoting. Too much of the top leadership in stores comes from outside the company, promote from within more often.
