Good place to Work

Pros

Family and privately owned, 40% pre-tax profit sharing rounds to around 8-13% of annual salary, your co-workers are your family, pay is higher than others in the industry, vertical integration, core values

Cons

short breaks, repetitive work, 50 hour weeks/10 hour shifts for store management, can be overwhelmingly sales-oriented for some, co-workers don't specialize, they do everything.

Pros

I had a great team that I worked with. Very understanding staff and the profit sharing is definitely an awesome add on! Gift cards are awarded if your store is doing the best on certain sales and things in comparison to other stores in your district.

Cons

Lots of standing, not just customer service-- they like you to be kitchen trained, as well, which isn't hard, but not that fun depending on the person. Can be very sales oriented at times.
