      Pros

      Kwik Trip takes very good care of their employees including sharing 40% of their profits with employees. There are no better owners than the ZIetlow family.

      Cons

      There are not always opportunities for advancement if you are looking for management positions. Very low turnover in management, which is good, but bad for being promoted.

      Very positive environment Decent compensation for type of work Benefits offered to all, regardless whether PT or FT employed

      Cons

      All employees are required to buy their own uniforms. Promotions aren't that rewarding - tons more responsibility, itty bitty pay increases.
