Its retail so it sucks in the fact that you have to work to be willing to work 24/7 and help out in any area needed

Very flexible with availability Can request time off 90 days in advance Monthly store meetings (to keep everybody on the same page) Holiday sign up (open everyday of the year but you can sign up for the shifts on the holidays you'd prefer to work) $1.50 more for premium hours/overnights Christmas bonus for ALL employees Paid time off for ALL employees Retirement acct for ALL employees

Hmm... There are some pretty disgusting things you have to clean up in the bathrooms. Other than that I can't think of anything.

KT has high expectations of its co-workers...and pays for the best! Very competitive starting wages (recent across the board $1/hr raise for hourly co-workers. Starting wage at my store is now $10.70/hr) Access to insurance benefits 401k after one year Company share 40% of its pre-tax profits with EVERY co-worker 40% Pretax profit sharing

Cons

If you don't want to work for your paycheck, this is not the company for you.
