Cons
- Salary is lower than average US salary - Everyone is require to speak Spanish, and you would get in trouble for speaking in English. - Work environment is tense, hectic and dramatic - Too much gossip and drama going on in the office - Very disorganized environment - New employees do not get the proper training and expectations for their job - Taking days off is always a hassle - Too worry about the numbers of the company that they lose focus on employees' morale, and many employees are not satisfy with their jobs
