      Pros

      Friendly work environment open. Company structure provides great learning opportunities and space for professional growth within the company. Healthy challenging environment to develop personally, and professionally. Opportunity to learn and get to know more Latin America as a destination and economic current reality.

      Cons

      Sensitivity to world economic changes, fuel prices and among other external factors make this a tough challenging industry. Continuous turn around at Head Quarters makes difficult to maintain project continuity and requires a learning process that can slow ongoing strategies. Excessive dependence on analytics based on the past numbers leads to analysis for paralysis. HQ continuously tries to implement actions and programs without considering the reality of external markets that don't have domestic operations.
