      Free membership, not much else that's positive.

      Cons

      Poor work-life balance, poor upper management, poor experience overall. Every department has numbers to hit and that's all management focuses on instead of their staff.

      Pros

      Life Time is a great company for anyone looking to establish a career within the company and willing to put the time in to move up. Also, if you are someone looking to pick up some part-time hours and get a free gym membership in the process, this is the place.

      Cons

      As "The Healthy Way of Life Company," Life Time has a great mission statement and set of policies. However, the rat race of trying to gain the upper hand in the industry and gain every dollar possible can wear good employees out. The compensation is not the worst, but for the profits made and lack of work/life balance, it is very difficult not to feel undervalued.

      -growing rapidly which opens the door for more opportunities -leader in the fitness space for virtually every category -Facilities are incredible

      Cons

      -inconsistent management and business practices -constantly changing the pay structure and it is not competitive compared to most sales jobs. -very political. -toxic environment with the amount of pressure put on sales and lack of recognition. Makes it very difficult to be there on a day to day. -if you are looking for anything resembling a work life balance, run far away.
