Amazing facility, free membership, if you have children they can come with you to work, great kids programming, most staff enjoyable to work with.

Cons

Very low pay, entitled-rude members and parents, questionable management, confusion on protocol, conflicting instructions from management, old tattered toys and equipment for kids.

Totally independent you have the power to go as far as you want. You are also helping others to be healthy and accomplish thier goals and build thier self confidence.

Cons

Commission based. You are at the mercy of the availability of your clients. You are held responsible for your clients failures.

Great Environment to work in with easy access to a pool and facility.

Cons

Upper management does not care very much about the department heads. They are over worked and the turnover is huge - most last about two years. Very little support.
