Medium-sized company with lots of growth areas, and many departments at the corporate and club level. Some divisions are entrepreneurial; others are more traditional in execution.

Cons

Growing company that's stuck between move-fast and make-process. Collaboration between departments is easily discussed, but harder to achieve. Need to self-advocate for career path.

Loved the work environment and all the people I worked with!

Cons

Hated the hours and the pay was terrible. Worst experience leaving the company I have ever had in my life! Me and a friend who left have been members for 4-12 YEARS!!!! And both of us are not allowed back after trying to put in 2 week notices and attempting to leave on good terms. They LIED and said we smashed them on Social Media and told management we left on poor terms when we have actively been recruiting to still get them memberships!
