      Pros

      Most clubs have well-kept equipment and a variety of machines which helps to vary client training sessions. Opportunity for continuing education within Life Time's own education system.

      Cons

      100% commission When you first start you will be paid, but will have to PAY BACK Life Time for your own paychecks until you begin making enough money that your own commission will cover the hours you were paid for during the first few weeks when you are developing your business.

      Great coworkers and members. Free membership as employee. Never boring.

      Company merger in 2015 makes it difficult, as it is all about numbers and slashing budgets now, when it used to be about providing the best places, people, and programs.

      401k after 6 months match 3% .. Work uniform is like pajamas, great looking facility. All the training equipment you would need.

      Cons

      The only way to be successful is by bending over backwards for your managers, working outside your shift, and every weekend. Expect mandatory cleaning, even though there is another department (operations) designated to cleaning. Expect mandatory meets 2-3 times per week robbing you of business opportunities. Expect 5-8 different bosses or supervisors telling you that you did something wrong. Expect the company to take more than half of what your charging.
