Horrible company to work for. Cares only for the bottom dollar, nothing for its wonderful employees

Great employess at the ground level.

Cons

Horrible corporate and leadership from the top. The way they operate and pay their wonderful employees is below any standard. It is terribly sad to see each employee come to work wondering if they will have a job that day. Those with great value to the company are the first to go if their salary gets too high. No warnings before firing.

Expectations WAY too HIGH. Expect you to work 6 days a week for a ten hour shift with nothing but blasting phone calls and sitting around. and on the one day off a week management is constantly pushing for you to still come in and guilt trip you if you don't.

Horrible pay, No ability to take care of the member. It must all go through corporate so you end up looking like the jerk when a member is upset. Horrible communication between departments.
