      Pros

      Great place to work because of the people, the pay is fair, lots of opportunity to move up if you're a hard worker, great products and services.

      Cons

      work life balance is terrible, regional and corporate management are only concerned about budgets, and sometimes forget about the frontline people working on the club level

      Free membership! The facilities that are offered to customers are really great. As an employee, I got to take advantage of all of them.

      Cons

      The company "asks" for much more than they give. They will offer you a lot when you interview. Many broken promises(promised full time, offered part time).

      Free membership for you. Atmosphere is like a spa.

      Cons

      No equipment for classes. Equipment is not cared for by other team members. Poor pay, 4 yrs. no raises available. No team support, every man for himself. Apathetic staff. No leadership, always in meetings. No discounts for family members (spouses & children) Children 12 and up are adult price.
