      Horrible scheduling and inconsistent management

      Pros

      It is a very nice fitness club. They spend a lot of time developing their employees through weekly meetings and a pretty intensive on-boarding training.

      Cons

      Management was ill-equipped and inept. High rate of turnover. Monthly quotas are set high and pay is very low for the profession.

      Pros

      The energy and attitude of the club staffers is infectious! My co-workers were great; a hard-working, but fun-loving group that never lost sight of a good life/work balance.

      Cons

      Some people in the upper management team are very intense and do not like to hear opinions that are different than their own.
