we helped people lead healthier lives with innovative programs and design

Cons

overall bad experience. Forgot to pay me on several occasions. 100% commission environment= lots of people stealing sales. management did "shady" business behind the scenes, lots of GREED. Nobody really has your back, not a great team environment in the PT department. Benefits ....what benefits?? Zero work life balance you are just a dollar sign to senior management.

You get a free membership, so that was nice.

Cons

It was so disorganized. They show off their programs to the members so it looks fun, put together, and lesson-plan based but hardly ever did we actually ever do anything according to plan. It was a very rough schedule we were on, and our manager definitely played favorites as to deciding who would work which shifts.
