      I worked at LifeTime Fitness for one year.

      Pros

      Free gym membership. Great cafe. Nice people.

      Cons

      A lot of part time employees. Heavily structured corporate organization. Management is not recruited on basis of talent or experience (still haven't figured out how some people get management positions). They make you memorize their mission statement and goals and randomly quiz everyone, including extremely part time employees. High turn over.

      Love the members and most of the staff. They become like family

      Cons

      Company doesn't care about you. You can do the best job ever and they'll still screw you over. They'll keep the awful employees just because they are "happy go lucky."

      Lots of expectations with little compensation to show for it. Organization chart is skewed. Too many bosses for one position
