      Wonderful facilities. Great place to network with helpful coworkers and select members.

      Employee interactions based on gossip. Members aren't realistic in expectations.

      Pros

      Even in my position in the LifeCafe, I was still able to interact with co-workers in other departments. My co-workers had similar interests as I did and therefore the work day went quickly and I oftentimes saw my co-workers when we were not on the clock and working out instead.

      Cons

      Because the company is so young, there were many "initiatives" that we would seek to implement every month or so which made it hard to be consistent everyday.
